At AroiQR, we strive to provide the best service possible. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our subscription-based digital menu platform service. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to our service.

2.1. Billing Cycle • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis • Fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle • All prices are listed in Korean Won (KRW) or US Dollars (USD) 2.2. Payment Methods • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) 2.3. Auto-Renewal • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • You will receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal

3.1. Trial Duration • New users receive a 14-day free trial • No credit card required for trial activation • Full access to all features during the trial period 3.2. Trial Cancellation • You may cancel anytime during the trial period • No charges will be applied if cancelled before trial ends • Your account and data will be deleted 30 days after cancellation 3.3. Trial to Paid Conversion • After trial ends, you must subscribe to continue using the service • Your trial data will be preserved when you subscribe

4.1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for NEW subscribers: • Applies to first-time subscribers only • Must request refund within 30 days of initial payment • Full refund of the first payment • Account will be downgraded to free plan or closed 4.2. Service Outages • Refunds may be issued for extended service outages (>24 hours) • Prorated refund based on downtime duration • Must be reported within 7 days of the outage 4.3. Billing Errors • Duplicate charges will be refunded immediately • Incorrect billing amounts will be corrected and refunded • Must be reported within 60 days of the charge 4.4. Cancellation Timing • Cancel anytime before your next billing date • Service continues until the end of current billing period • No partial refunds for early cancellation 5.3. Immediate Cancellation • You may request immediate account closure • No refund for remaining subscription period • All data will be deleted within 30 days 5.4. Reactivation • You may reactivate your subscription anytime • Previous data may be restored if within 30 days of cancellation • New billing cycle starts upon reactivation

Downgrading Your Plan • You may downgrade to a lower-tier plan anytime • Downgrade takes effect at next billing cycle • No refund for the difference in price • Access to premium features continues until downgrade date 7.2. Upgrading Your Plan • You may upgrade to a higher-tier plan anytime • Prorated charge for the remainder of current billing cycle • New features available immediately • Next billing cycle charged at new rate 7.3. Plan Changes and Refunds • Downgrades are not eligible for refunds • Upgrades are not eligible for refunds • Only cancellations within 30-day guarantee period qualify

8.1. Technical Issues • If service is unavailable due to our technical issues for >24 hours • Prorated refund or service credit offered • Must be reported within 7 days 8.2. Feature Removal • If we remove a major feature you rely on • 30-day notice provided • Option to cancel with prorated refund 8.3. Price Increases • 30-day advance notice for price increases • Option to cancel before increase takes effect • No refund after price increase if you continue service 8.4.
